Why the list is this long
We hold plumbing, sanitation and general engineering contractor licensing, which is what allows one shop to take a job from the fixture in the bathroom all the way out to the leach field.
A lot of the housing out here went up between the 1950s and the 1970s, which means cast-iron sewer laterals and galvanized supply lines that are well past their design life. Inland Empire water is hard, and hard water is the quiet reason water heaters here give out earlier than the sticker claims.
A lot of plumbing companies specialize in the profitable, predictable end of the trade and refer out the rest. Septic goes to a septic company, excavation goes to somebody with a machine, and the customer coordinates three contractors for one problem. We were built the other way around, because in 1982 in this valley there was not much choice about it.
You get the number before any work begins, and it is based on what we actually found rather than a worst-case figure padded for safety.
Our trucks carry waterproof high-definition camera equipment, locating gear, cable machines and jetting capability, which means most calls are diagnosed and resolved on the same visit rather than turning into a sequence of appointments.
We are based in Yucaipa and work outward across San Bernardino County, Riverside County and the eastern edge of Los Angeles County. We work across three counties from a base in Yucaipa, which in practice means the San Bernardino valley, the Riverside side of the region, and the eastern San Gabriel Valley communities. The territory grew the way most things here grew: somebody called, we went, and their neighbor called next.

No. We hold plumbing, sanitation and general engineering licensing, which is what lets one company handle a job running from a bathroom fixture out to a leach field.

Do you guarantee your work?
We stand behind what we do. If something we repaired is not right, call us and we will come back and deal with it.
Can you handle septic as well as plumbing?
Yes, and it is a big part of what we do. We are licensed for sanitation systems, so tanks, leach lines and the plumbing that feeds them are all one contractor.
