Plumbing and septic in Ontario
This is somewhere we know well, having worked it steadily for a long time. Drains, sewer lines, water heaters, repipes and septic, handled by a family shop that has worked this valley since 1982.

Established landscaping and older sewer laterals are a recurring combination in this area.
Ground movement affects sewer laterals in this region, producing offsets in lines that were sound a decade ago.
We get called to a lot of jobs somebody else started. There is no judgment in that, and we will finish it properly.
The older tracts and the newer ones fail in different ways, and knowing which you are standing in is most of a fast diagnosis.
We check the obvious causes before the expensive ones, in that order.
Underground work around Ontario is where diagnosis matters most, because the cost of guessing is a trench in the wrong place. Locating a fault precisely, with depth and position marked, is what keeps excavation to one careful hole.
Pressure testing, acoustic listening and thermal imaging all get used regularly here, because slab construction makes hidden leaks a routine part of the work.
Pressurized lines failing under a concrete slab.
No hot water, leaking tanks, failed elements.
Slow and stopped drains, cabled and cleared.
Replacing failing supply piping through a house.
Cracked, offset and root-invaded laterals.
Finding the leak before anything is opened.
Leaking and failed gas piping.
The whole system from the tank to the field.
When you call we will ask a few questions that help us bring the right equipment, which is usually the difference between one visit and two.
Most residential jobs here are a single visit. The exceptions are ones needing parts we would not reasonably carry or work that needs permitting.
Before we arrive it helps to know where your main water shutoff is and whether it turns. Clearing access to the work area and putting pets somewhere else speeds things up considerably too.
If we find something beyond what you called us about, you hear about it before we touch it, not afterwards.
Problems underground stay invisible until they are not, and by then they have usually been going on for a long time.
Scale is the most persistent problem in Ontario plumbing. It accumulates where water is heated or restricted and it does not reverse on its own.
Knowing your own system is worth real money. Where the main shutoff is, where the sewer cleanout is, how old the water heater is, and whether the property is on sewer or septic. Those four facts shorten every future service call you will ever have.
If you have had a line cleared more than once, ask for a camera inspection rather than a third clearing. Repeated blockages nearly always have a physical cause worth finding.
Water heaters benefit from an annual flush in this region more than almost anywhere else, because our water leaves sediment on the bottom of the tank where the heat has to pass through it.
Exercise your shutoff valves once a year. A quarter turn and back keeps them from seizing, and a main shutoff that will not turn during an emergency is a much more expensive problem than one that gets used occasionally.
For commercial property, a maintenance schedule on drains and interceptors costs a fraction of emergency response, and it is the difference between planned work and a closure.
Big Mike started with a truck and a phone number in 1982. The phone number has not changed and neither has the standard he set, because the people running it now learned the trade from him.
Our licensing covers plumbing, sanitation and general engineering, so excavation and underground work are part of what we do rather than a subcontract.
We reach the valley cities routinely and the outlying communities regularly. If you are unsure whether you are in range, the answer is usually yes and it costs nothing to ask.
If the honest answer is that you do not need the bigger job yet, that is the answer you will get.

Houses in Ontario bring us the usual mix: blocked drains, failing water heaters, hidden leaks, sewer laterals past their service life and supply piping that has started letting go in more than one place.
Commercial customers in Ontario range from single storefronts to apartment complexes. What they have in common is that downtime costs more than the repair, which shapes how we schedule.
Septic systems turn up regularly around Ontario, particularly on larger lots. Because we are licensed for sanitation as well as plumbing, the tank, the field and the plumbing feeding them are one contractor rather than three.
Emergency work is a real part of this business, not an afterthought bolted onto it.
If yours is not here, call and ask.
Yes. Ontario is part of our regular service area out of Yucaipa, and has been for years. We cover residential, commercial and septic work here.
We run a 24-hour line and same-day service is normal. When you call we will give you a realistic window for Ontario rather than an optimistic one.
Yes, and it is a big part of what we do. We hold sanitation licensing alongside plumbing, so tanks, leach lines and the plumbing feeding them are all one contractor.
No. Quotes are free and they follow an actual look at the problem rather than a guess over the phone.
Yes. We haul off whatever we replaced and put the area back. You should not be able to tell we were there except that it works.
Yes. We hold plumbing, sanitation and general engineering contractor licensing, which lets one shop handle work that runs from inside the house out to the septic field.
For simple, well-defined jobs sometimes. For anything that needs diagnosis, a number quoted blind is a guess, and we would rather look first and give you a real figure.
